All sales are final. However, if I made a mistake or an item arrives damaged, contact me immediately so I can replace it for you (Be sure to attach pictures).

Packages are shipped to the address customer has approved during the transaction checkout. Etsy requires customers confirm their address before completing the transaction.

The items in this shop are shipped by a company who prints my designs onto the substrate. That company does not accept cancellations, therefore the address located in customer's Etsy receipt will be the address the item is shipped to.

There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, nor cancellations once an order is placed with Faith Bits and Bobs.

Packages returned to my PO Box from USPS for whatever reason will be reshipped once the package is received and customer has purchased another shipping label to reship. I do not refund returned items.

Packages recorded as delivered (to the Buyer's address) in USPS.com tracking will be considered delivered. If a package is stolen after delivery, Buyer must contact their local Post Office and alert them that the package has not been found and review with USPS what they did with your package, after it was placed in their care. I will not be held liable or responsible for "lost" or stolen packages after USPS tracking has recorded the package as delivered.

Per Etsy insurance regulations, an item is not considered lost until 20 mailing days has passed without delivery. A case will be opened with Etsy for review. Customer must reply to any messages sent by Faith Bits and Bobs as well as Etsy staff.

If an item arrives damaged, send me a photo of the damage and a picture of what it was shipped in via Etsy messages. It will be up to the printing company to consider a replacement.

If an item arrives that is not what was purchased or the text/image is messed up (from the printing company) send me detailed photos. It will be up to the printing company to determine if there is an issue with the print job.

Terms of Purchase

All of the above terms are considered agreed upon by making a purchase from Faith Bits and Bobs.


Hours of Operation are 8am through 6pm pacific time, Monday - Friday. Packages are mailed Monday - Friday. Emails are answered within 24 hours.
